Extra Care
8-9am, 3-6pm
$12 per hour
$150 max per week.
EXTRA CARE TERMS
Extra hours will be billed at $12 per hour. Max $150 per week.
You do not need to register for Extra Care, you will be billed once a week for the extra hours as explained below.
To ensure proper staffing and supervision for extra care, any additional care beyond the daily hours of 9am-3pm. will be billed in full-hour increments once more than 15 minutes of extra care have elapsed. This means that if your child remains in extra care for any portion of an hour — whether it’s 15, 30, or 45 minutes — it will be considered a full hour.
For example:
Camp begins 9:00am. Dropping off before 8:45am (as early as 8am) is considered one hour of extra care.
Dismissal ends at 3:15pm. Picking up anytime between 3:15pm - 4:15pm is considered one hour of extra care.
Picking up anytime between 4:15pm - 5:15pm is considered two hours of extra care.
Picking up 5:15pm - 6:00pm is considered three hours of extra care.
We encourage parents to plan and enroll accordingly.
We will try to be flexible with circumstance that come up that cause the need for extra hours on a case by case basis.
